Yup, Summer's almost here. And I just realized that it has been a month since my last post.
To make up for this egregious over-site, I will attempt a quick (yeah right) synopsis of the past month.
I had knee surgery.
Well wonders never cease, that was actually quick! Hooray for me! And congrats to those of you who had faith in my potential for brevity.
Anyway, strange goings on over here in the Cave of Wonder & its hinterlands (aka the rest of the house)....

As of 4 pm this Wednesday, I will officially have TWO HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS. One on the way in & one on the way out. Heaven help me!
The Stork has been nursing/driving me mad back to health. Don't get me wrong, I am grateful, truly grateful for all the attention. But he is way too big to be a hummingbird or flying insect & not shiny enough to be a drone, so his hovering is...(insert platitudes about not having anything nice to say). I still love him though.
Okay, that's it for now. I'm still recovering from the surgery. Still creating when I can. Leaving you with this (because I'm feeling it)...
